This is a major redevelopment project at the landmark Temple Point office building in Redcliffe. The £6m scheme being developed by Midas Group for Legal and General will see the refurbishment of internal office space along with the addition of a new glass extension to house a reception and meeting area.
The existing Main Plantroom Trend IQ2 controller and panel is replaced with a new Control Panel and Trend IQ4E controller to suit the newly installed LTHW, CHW, and AHU Plant.
The 4-pipe Fan Coil Units on the first floor are remaining with their Trend IQL Lon Controllers and will interface to the Main Plantroom IQ4E Panel.
The Trend Building Energy Management System utilises 963 Graphic driven Supervisor Software and Main Plant Control Panels with IQ4E Controls and IQView8 Touch Screen Interface.
